This class is led by a Physio and will coach you through a wide range of high intensity dynamic and varied functional fitness exercises and routines to help you build all round physical fitness.
Suitable for those developing from Fundamentals Push or those comfortable exercising at intermediate plus level.
Higher Work Rate
The class is heart rate monitored and incorporates movements to build strength, balance and increase the ability to move efficiently and at higher work rates. (Maximum of 10.)
