A challenging class focussed entirely around your core muscle groups.


If you are looking for a challenging class focussed entirely around the core and gluteal muscles to help you develop advanced level, highly functional core strength this class is for you.

You need to be proficient in basic level Pilates moves or have experience of basic core training to enable you to take on the challenge of the serious abs training this class will offer you.

Push Yourself

You will need an intermediate level of fitness and a readiness to push yourself. (if you are not sure, then ask your exercise coach or Physio) There is some endurance based work in this class with a mix of tougher progressions of core work using more of Bridge4’s gym equipment and it takes place in the main gym area.
