If you are new to gym based exercise, concerned about exercising…maybe you have an underlying condition or are recovering from a recent illness… or maybe you simply want to build greater confidence in getting more active… then this class will help you.
The class is led by a Physio and we use a heart rate monitoring system to help you build confidence in exercising effectively and safely. We help you build confidence in safe movement and exercise technique from the ground up and give precise and close physio led coaching in the safe use of simple gym equipment. (Maximum of 6 to ensure close coaching.)
Step By Step
Class members are also introduced, step by step to technique in the correct use of exercise bikes, rowers, the buttons, the read outs, different effort levels and how this relates to heart rate change that benefits health. 30/70 cardio/strength and balance.
