This class is led by a Physio and is suitable for those progressing from Bridge4 Base or those who have previously been used to exercising but want to re-build confidence after good habits have lapsed.
It is a heart rate monitored class, designed for those who have the basics of safe movement and use of gym equipment. You will be introduced to a wide variety of strength exercises mixed with with varying and higher intensity CV work.
