Bridge4’s Pilates Plus

This class is a step up from the Matwork Pilates Class.

Core Challenge

If you are comfortable with the basic Pilates moves and understand how to activate and work the core muscles you may feel ready for another challenge.

If you are ready to step up to the next level in your core strength then this is the class for you. You can expect a greater variety of exercise with more challenging and complex moves, using light weights and small equipment to develop more complex postural control and a wider range of strength. You will work more muscles in this class than the Bridge4 Pilates class.

Step Up


You will develop higher levels of core strength, flexibility, and postural control and you will feel taller, leaner and more toned.This class is mat work based in part but also involves standing based moves and postures. Suitable for those with some Pilates experience.
