I joined Bridge4Studio in order to improve my physical and mental wellbeing. I hit a time when I felt maybe more exercise would do me good.

Being a member of Bridge4Studio has helped me with the obvious – after almost a year, I am much fitter physically and feel like I’m able to do more without feeling tired. Additionally, I have a much more positive outlook on life in general and feel far less stressed with the regular day to day issues and challenges that we all face.

Bridge4Studio sessions are friendly, good natured, varied….and physically tough! I do the Happy Hour and Bridge45 classes regularly. Bridge4Studio is not a gym where you go to look in the mirror or have a 35 minute chat and a 10 minute workout. The sessions are intense, but worked at your own pace, and I think this leads to a great atmosphere and creates a real sense of achievement.

The facilities are spotless and first class from a technical perspective, but more importantly, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and help push you to achieve your best. This leads to an inclusive and supportive environment for staff and clients alike. It’s almost like a gym for “non” gym people….which is what I really like!
