Vinyasa flow yoga
If you are looking for an introductory Yoga class or a yoga class that balances good movement flow in a range of postures, this is a good class for you.
Our class is suitable for both beginners and those with an intermediate level of practice in yoga. It is a movement-based flow-Yoga, founded upon the principles of traditional (Hatha) Yoga, including breath-work, standing and seated posture development and relaxation.
Class size limited to a maximum of 14
