Calming the Mind

This is a gentle yoga class at a relaxed pace, suitable for beginners, those less mobile, those with limiting conditions, or those wishing to enter back into a fitness programme. Focussing on breath control and learning the basic postures together with correct alignment for safe practice, we are working toward building up levels of strength and stretch, while calming the mind.
